Wood bunker at South Burlington Drop-Off Center temporarily closed during upgrades

Due to weather delays and contractor availability, the wood bunker at the South Burlington Drop-Off Center (87 Landfill Rd, off of Patchen Rd) will remain under construction until approximately November 2nd.

While the wood bunker is under construction and undergoing structural improvements, the South Burlington facility will not be able to accept wood waste. Customers will be able to drop off other accepted materials without interruption.

Until the wood bunker at South Burlington re-opens, customers are encouraged to bring wood waste to McNeil Wood & Yard Waste Depot (111 Intervale Rd, Burlington) or the Williston Drop-Off Center (1492 Redmond Rd, Williston).

Grading and paving at the South Burlington wood bunker began in mid-September, and construction is expected to be complete on or around Friday, November 2nd. Further updates will be posted at the entrance gate to the facility and on the CSWD website (www.cswd.net).
