Licensed Processor Form

This is a form for Processors licensed by CSWD to report on recyclables and/or compostable materials that are aggregated and shipped to other recycling facilities or used in recycled products. This form covers all materials that were generated within Chittenden County only.

Deadlines:

• July 30 for the period January 1 – June 30
• January 30 for the period July 1 – December 31
