CSWD Waste Reduction Project/Container Grant funding is available for projects and waste containers that reduce the amount of trash being sent to the landfill from Chittenden County and help increase diversion of mandatory recyclables and compostables from the landfill. The goal is to help CSWD members comply with the requirements of CSWD’s Solid Waste Management Ordinance and Act 148, Vermont’s Universal Recycling Law.
